O meu nome é Nuno de Carvalho-Mata e até a pouco tempo era um jovem estudante universitário e apaixonado pelo desporto, com uma vida normal. Mas basta uma fração de segundos, para que os acontecimentos na nossa vida possam tomar um novo rumo…

Uma das minhas paixões era ser forcado, o que fui durante 10 anos, até ao dia fatídico.

Numa corrida de touros, televisionada pela RTP no dia 30 de Agosto de 2012, no Campo Pequeno tudo mudou. Ao pegar o 5° touro da noite fiquei tetraplégico. O que poderia ter sido o fim foi apenas o início, e desde então já saltei de paraquedas, fiz surf, faço desporto adaptado, ginásio 5 dias por semana, criei uma marca de roupa e sou Ceo de outra marca, criei também a minha própria Associação sem fins lucrativos.

Como um apaixonado pelo desporto, que sempre fez desporto federado, tanto RUGBY como FUTEBOL, decidi criar uma associação sem fins lucrativos, com o objetivo principal de combater a exclusão social dentro e fora da mobilidade reduzida através do desporto.

O meu objetivo principal é que todas as pessoas tenham acesso ao desporto independentemente da sua mobilidade física ou situação económica.

Mais recentemente tirei o Curso profissional de Coach internacional. A minha missão é através da minha história e experiência como Coach, poder ajudar e inspirar pessoas.
